Who we are- We are small town Midwestern people. Our head designer and director is Stacy, and our business manager is Suzy. We  are cousins and best of friends. Stacy is an artist, and has been actively designing floral arrangements for over 12 years now.  Suzy is the communications, marketing and business wiz with a great eye for design and colors. Together, we make a great team!

Our bios- Stacy has a full-time career with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. She enjoys creating gorgeous floral designs, working on web design, gardening and spending time with her family in her free time. Suzy is advisor support for TDS Telecom. She also goes to college, working towards her marketing degree. Suzy enjoys scrapbooking/stamping, singing, volunteering and is active in local and national politics.  

Our mission- It is our goal to make beautiful silk flower arrangements at reasonable prices. We feel that it is wrong to price gouge people just because it is a special event. We understand that most people who are getting married still have car payments, rent or mortgage expenses, etc.

We pledge to always do our best and treat others as we would like to be treated. We have each been a bride before, and know how much work and cost is involved in planning your wedding.

Our challenge- We have done our homework. We know what is available online for silk wedding flowers. We've looked carefully, compared our prices with the prices of others, and weighed our flower quality/realism against that of other online florists. If you can find better, more lifelike and artistically created silk floral arrangements for a better price, we encourage you to buy from the competition. However; please let us know, so that we can improve ourselves. But, we're pretty confident that you won't find many sites with better, more beautiful silk arrangements, with better service and at a better price.

Our policy- All floral arrangements are created, packed and shipped by hand with great care. Shipments are made via UPS or USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for shipments. In the event that your order is damaged in the mail, contact us immediately. We will replace any order that has been damaged during shipment at no additional charge to you. For further information regarding our shipping, return shipping and refund policies, please email info@4everflorals.com, or see the "Return Policy" area.

All bouquets come standard with a bouquet holder unless specified as "hand-tied". Arrangement measurements are approximate, and the exact flowers used are subject to availability. Please be sure to provide your email address when ordering, so that we may reach you regarding your order. You will receive email confirmation of your order upon receipt. When your order is complete, you will receive email confirmation containing digital photos of your order prior to shipment, or digital photos will be displayed on the website. If at that time, you are displeased with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to accommodate you in any reasonable way possible. We would consider it an honor to help you with your very special occasion, and look forward to your business.

Any information that you provide will remain confidential. We do not disclose  personal information of any kind to any persons or businesses. All payments are received via a third party, for your added security. We do not view or obtain any of your personal payment information.  Any personally identifiable information that a customer provides during product order, such as mailing/shipping addresses, or contact information are never shared with any other person or business, unless required by law.

Return Policy

We take great care in assuring that our customers are 100% pleased with their order. From consulting with our customers frequently regarding their wedding needs and budget, creating their perfect floral designs, packing and shipping them with care, all the way to handling any issues that our customers may experience. We do this because we strive to be the best, and we genuinely want our customers to be pleased.

Shipping: If there is ever any damage to your order during shipment, please return the flowers immediately for a replacement of your product.

Returns: Before your order gets sent out to you, we will email you digital photos of your flowers. At this time, you may approve your order for shipment. If there is ANYTHING that you do not like about your order or if you would like to be sent more photos, please be sure to let us know at that time. We would be more than happy to make your requested changes.

If you discover that your flowers are not exactly what you ordered upon arrival, you may return your order and we will make it right. We will gladly exchange your flowers for something that better suits your needs. Sorry, but we do not issue monetary refunds without prior approval. Please contact us before returning your shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an error is made by 4everflorals staff, return shipping costs will not apply to the customer.
